Wanna stay in the most vibrant neighbourhood of Copenhagen? Come and stay at Globalhagen Hostel in the heart of Nørrebro!

We opened our hostel doors to the public in 2015. The goal was to open a non-profit hostel in Copenhagen and have people from all corners of our world come stay with us and connect with one another to add even more diversity to the everyday life in Copenhagen.

The hostel sits right on top of non-profit Café Mellemrummet and the two blend together in a melting pot of internationality in the lively street of Ravnsborggade. Activists, artists and musicians frequent the hostel when invited to do concerts, talks, debates and arts in the hostel café.

Globalhagen is not just a hostel; Globalhagen is a space for exchanging ideas and connecting people in the buzzing city of Copenhagen.

HOSTEL FACILITIES

  • On all the floors in the hostel there are bathrooms and showers that guests from private rooms and dorm rooms share.
  • There are two kitchens on the third floor in the hostel where you are welcome to cook your own meals and then enjoy them in the common dining area.
  • There is free wi-fi everywhere in the hostel.
  • We offer a laundry service.
  • You can bring a padlock or rent one from us to use our lockers for your valuables and when you check out we have a luggage room where you can leave your luggage with us until you have to catch your bus, train of flight.
  • On the third floor there is a cinema room with DVDs.
  • At the café on the ground floor you can buy a simple breakfast, attend our cultural events and enjoy our many organic beers and fair trade coffees.
